Join a well-established, award-winning Best Western franchise in the beautiful, historic town of Butte, Montana. With 133 rooms and a commitment to exceptional guest service, we’re seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead hotel operations and uphold Best Western’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales.
• Ensure compliance with Best Western brand standards and quality expectations.
• Lead, train, and motivate department heads and team members.
• Manage budgets, P&L, labor, forecasting, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction.
• Drive marketing and sales efforts to improve occupancy and RevPAR.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses and the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience; 2+ years as General Manager or Assistant GM preferred.
• Previous experience with Best Western strongly preferred.
• Proficient in hotel property management systems, (e.g., Jonas Chorum, Opera, OnQ, ChoiceAdvantage, etc.).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proven leadership, financial, and customer service abilities.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.
